This service is carried out by experienced technicians when minor play is detected in the headset while all internal components remain in good condition. The headset is carefully adjusted to restore proper preload: via the top cap bolt for 1 1/8" systems, or using the clamp bolt and locknut for 1" headsets. Correct adjustment ensures precise steering, riding comfort, and safety. Parts and consumables are charged separately if required.
