This service is recommended if rolling resistance increases, play appears, or unusual noises (cracking, grinding) are noticed. The process starts with wheel removal and full disassembly of the dynamo hub. All internal parts and removed components (axle, cones, bearings/balls) are thoroughly cleaned, followed by inspection for cracks, worn bearing seats, and mechanical damage. If parts need replacement, we inform you in advance and confirm the cost. The hub is then lubricated with Hanseline grease, reassembled with precise cone adjustment, and the wheel is reinstalled. Performed by experienced technicians to restore smooth, quiet, and reliable operation.
