The service includes removal of the fork from the bicycle frame and full disassembly of the headset. The headset cups are then removed from the head tube using professional pressing tools. New or existing cups are pressed in with proper alignment and correct press fit. The headset and fork are reassembled in reverse order with a basic installation check. Precise headset adjustment and materials are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
